Microcement traditional fine stucco effect, smooth and pleasant feel. Suitable for creating decorative linings to walls with water effect, which gives it character and style.

Application support must be prepared with Microcement base. Microcement finishing coatings must be protected with sealer.

Formulated with hydraulic binders, selected aggregates, synthetic resins and specific additives, microcement fine (component A powder) should be mixed with resin (liquid component B) respecting the proportions.

Substrate Preparation:

Before applying Microcement finishing is necessary to prepare the surface with Microcement base. Application support must be clean and free of grease, the base should be consolidated and in good condition surveying.

Mixture:

You need to add the recommended resin and dyes. To maintain the coating is essential to respect the relationship between microcement and resin.

Microcement finishing 10kg → 4.5 liters of royal resin

1. Pour some resin in a container, add the entire burden of pigment suitable for the amount of microcement to work and mix until evenly colored liquid.

2. Pour the resin microcement and gradually mixing the product with a low speed mechanical stirrer. Mix for at least 2 minutes until well blended and smooth.

Hands preparation: Depending on the type of application support, apply one or two coats of Microbase by trowel.

Hands Finishing: After preparing with Microcement base support coated, apply two coats of microcement fine flexible rubber trowel. Depending on the desired finish can be more or less water. Performance on Microcement base surface is prepared: Microcement finishing (2 coats) → 0.6 kg / m2. A better leveling and surface preparation, you better returns.

Lifetime of the product:

The maximum Pot-life or life of the product is 1 hour and a half. We recommend batches according to the amount to apply.

Sealing:

The microcement finishing must be sealed once hardened, between 24h and 48h. Never before the coating has reached a moisture of less than 5% as measured with instruments designed for this purpose. The microcement finishing can be sealed with the sealer.
