Coating of great elegance and natural look, ideal for continuous pavement. Lightly textured, with less contrasts / shadows and stronger than microcement finishing.

Formulated with hydraulic binders, selected aggregates, synthetic resins and specific additives, Microcement traffic (component A powder) should be mixed with resin (liquid component B) respecting the proportions to ensure the coating properties.

Once mixed, creates a low coating thickness of 1-3 mm, with great strength and strong adhesion to any kind of support: plasterboard concrete, cementitious mortars, ceramics, MDF, gypsum, and so on.

Before applying Microcement traffic is necessary to prepare the surface with Microcement base. Application support must be clean and free of grease, the base should be consolidated and in good condition surveying. Because of its high adhesion to all substrates, generally not need primer, but under specific conditions and to facilitate the application of the first coat, the use of adhesion promoters is recommended.

For Microcement traffic is necessary to add the resin and to ensure the coating properties is essential to respect the following relation between the microcemento and resin.

Mixture: 10Kg Microcement Traffic   ->  3,5 Liters of royal resin

The mortar should be prepared as follows:

1. Pour some royal resin in a container, add all the pigment load corresponding to the amount of microcement with which it will work and mix until a homogeneous liquid color.

2. Pour microcement resin powder and gradually while the product is mixed with a low speed mechanical stirrer form.

3. Mix for at least 2 minutes until smooth and lump-free mixture.

Return on prepared surface Microcement base is:

Microcement traffic (2 coats) → 0.95 kg / m2

A better leveling and preparation of the surface to be coated, better performance and lower cost in material and time of application. It is convenient to choose the right method for each application.

The lifetime of the product (Pot-life) is a maximum of one hour and a half. Then recommend mixing only enough material.

Sealing: The microcements must be sealed once the coating has reached a humidity less than 5% between the 24h and 48h. The microcements can be sealed with the sealer.
